Our Holy Apostles Parish (HAP), especially since 2011, has been taking a deeper more profound vision of itself as a "Personal Parish". This phrase distinguishes us from territorial parishes. It is based upon a personal decision by each of our members to minister "with love and a call to live Matthew 25" within and on behalf of various ethnic communities.
It has become clearer that our outreach with the Gospel is needed as the numbers of yung adults attending Sunday liturgies has declined in territorial parishes. Our 200 Sunday worshippers leave Mass to carry the gospel to extended families and communities rich with children and young adults. We are a humble but joyful crew "out in the deep" as St. John-Paul urged us to do.
Whether you are visiting this webpage as a parishioner, or are merely passing through, I hope you will find that our Parish is a vibrant and loving community. Please come back often. If you would like to receive our weekly Bulletin via email, click here and complete the form. Please keep us in your prayers that we will be open to the grace God gives us for His work of evangelization to our extended families, our Mahoning Valley and our ethnic communities.
