The mission of our Parish is to glorify, uplift and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and exemplify Christ's love for future generations of the faithful while maintaining a multi-ethnic heritage and welcoming all. Our vision reflects the generations of saints who came before us who by their faith and deeds exemplified the servant heart of Christ ministering to the poor, homeless and suffering of the Mahoning Valley and beyond.
Our Parish Prayer
Loving God, we turn to you with grateful hearts for the Croatian, Hungarian and many ethnic cultures of the Mahoning Valley that have given life and strength to our Holy Apostles Parish. We serve these cultural communities and their members through love and a call to live Matthew 25.
Like the Apostles each of us has personally chosen this Parish community linking ourselves in Christian service to family and friend within the Body of Christ, our valley and the world beyond.
Like the Apostles Peter, Paul and Stephen of Hungary we are devoted to Mary, the Mother of God, Our Lady of Hungary, Croatia, the USA and all nations.
We seek to share with others the unity in friendship we have received from Christ, His Mother and His saints,
Give us generous hearts, unity, cooperation and courage like You gave to the Apostles that we may reach out to others.
We konw there is much to do. We believe our dreams to reach those in need, both young and old, are rooted in your Word Jesus who took flesh and sanctified family and ethnic heritage.
Please guide us and strengthen us. Bless us with your presence, now and in the years to come.

In a candid 2019 interview published Saturday, Pope Francis reveals that he sees himself “dying as pope,” either in active duty or in retirement, and in Rome, because, he said, “I am not going back...
